Volume increased with the amassing of blocks of short positions, then someone like AP a licensed broker would know how to "spoof" the ask with huge blocks, AP site sheeple loading the ask with sell orders executed and some not executed but for the purpose of letting the public know this stock was under attack by the market they were trying to create, that perception, then SI members being advised by AP to just go right ahead and short late after he and sheeple did, chase the stock down------------------>meanwhile, Batman/Robin Hood is driving a "hard bargain" to get discounted shares so he doesn't have to cover his shorts in the market like the rest of the country, and no one except AP and the sheeple any the wiser that really the caped crusader really cares about no one except hisself truly, can in fact tell many lies and break a large number of state and federal laws, NASD and SEC rules and regulations, if it means a new Lambo in the driveway, or maybe that new Bentley Azure that caught his eye. It's one thing to be a great trader and to deliver at the same time as you're trading great recs to the public; another matter entirely to provide the market with nothing but schemes, deceit and lies upon lies, honest traders are "dipshits," the law accorded the same respect, and when caught red-handed time to destroy logs and raid the FBI database for all info. Imagine if FBI or AUSA themselves or through surrogates had hacked into computers of defense counsel for info in this case, without lawful authority? What would the charges be? But AP does truly believe his conduct merits an acquittal.
