I'd refer you to what SI Admin Dave clearly stated here about whether or not I have ever posted under any fictional identity, or more than one moniker at any time. Hint: the answer was the opposite of affirmative.

AUSA charged AP with using a "fictional identity" to carry out the aims of the RICO enterprise, fictional identity meaning more than just a nick. It means what it says, creating a personality that is not what it represents to be. Still, I wish we could see the record re this allegation.

Are you denying the fact that bashers create multiple ID's on Yahoo to create the image of shorts being all over the stock?

If this was done after the trades by those in the know, it was likely part of the front running scheme.

One doesn't have to prove every conceivable fact beyond a reasonable doubt. It's enough that every element of a crime is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
