One thing is plain and simple in these proceedings and in our great system: whatever the jury rules, whoever argued the other side will be found wrong where it counts :-). We're having a good discussion here but nothing truly signifies except what the jury decides, as surely it should be, not one of us has the entire picture brought under the rules of procedure as does the jury.
