What if your clause one and clause two are in conflict?

What if legality requires that people who want the remains treated like garbage are legally entitled to have them treated like garbage? How do you resolve the conflict?

My assumption is not baseless. They are anti choice- anti choice folks make a business of denigrating the choices of women who have abortions. Perhaps we have run in to a definitional problem:

den·i·grate ( P ) Pronunciation Key (dn-grt)
tr.v. den·i·grat·ed, den·i·grat·ing, den·i·grates
1. To attack the character or reputation of; speak ill of; defame.
2. To disparage; belittle: The critics have denigrated our efforts.

I would argue that all anti choice folks disparage abortion. They think abortion is wrong, sinful even, thus they disparage or DENIGRATE the choices of women, and by denigrating a choice that is so sinful, that denigration is bound to rub off on the women who commit the "sin". I know, I know, love the sinner hate the sin- but you know, I don't think people who are being loved while their sins are being denigrated in the streets always feel the love, and sometimes I think they feel denigrated. That's not baseless. You have confused the fact that you disagree with something, with "baselessness". Lots of people do it- you certainly aren't the first, and you won't be the last.
