Only India and China has been mentioned, not the US? give me a break. India and China collectively have 8 times of the US population, and emit less than half of the gas the US does, they sure know how to find the scapegoat.

But wait a minute, we can always find some other animals as scapegoat, so tax the caws and sheep like New Zealand does<g>
