They got their foot in the door by selling a lot of crappy product. But now that the Big US and European companies are relocating to China, the quality should come up on some things.

Buyer beware. Remember when Made in Japan was another way of saying that it was cheap junk? That's the way I see Made in China now. But 5 years from now you'll be buying your new Chevy...and it'll be made in China.
