I'm there bud. Filled at .76...In looking at a 3 year chart there should be some support at this spot. If not, then I'll look to .50 for the next buy spot.

Personally, I'm down quite a bit on ALAN, but, call me pig headed, I'm not going to sell at a loss when there has been no bad news or material change in the company to compel me to sell. I did see on the court calendar that there was a motion to dismiss on Jones' latest law suit, but there is no indication that the judge did anything about it yet.

Once the minute entry is made (that could take as long as 90 days for the AZ court system) then perhaps we will have some view of how that is going. In the mean time I'm still of the opinion that Jones is purposely messing with the stock out of spite. Now offense to anyone lurking that lives in AZ, but there seems to be something in the water that makes for some pretty weird behavior (having delt with the court system and some of the citizens in the past over a child custody thing) We won, but it took FOREVER!! LOL
