It's just what I've read in every report that talks about the trouble we're having building up the Iraqi army to replace us. For instance, in Fallujah, we couldn't depend on them at all.

Well the resistance (Iraqi) seems to be fighting a pretty tough fight, so the problem of Iraqi police running away from the battles is not an Iraqi thing. Perhaps it has something to do with poor training and low support for their cause.

It doesn't make sense that the "bad" Iraqis are willing to fight to the death, but the "good" Iraqis all run away from firecrackers....
