to Washington? No. Did Condi Rice do anything? No.
She attempted to play down the memo b4 the 9/11 commission
by saying that there wasn't anything new in it.

And that is the very least.. A CYA situation at the very least for negligence homicide at the governmental level or at the most.... Fill in the blanks.. :(
