Yahoo does a good job. Go to the my.yahoo.com section and set up an account (free) where you can have all kinds of portfolios viewed a myriad of ways... Actually I didn't care about losing the SI portfolios as I've always used Yahoo. Aside from configuring different views you can also download the history for import into Excel. The single best feature of the SI portfolios was the 'sharing' ability... that was unique and very useful.. beyond that I think Yahoo is/was better for tracking.

EDIT: Att eh page top you can create a new userr login if you don't already have one and the portfolio stuff is on the right.
