I don't know who's next, but it ought to be Pluvia, IMHO, for his bold irrefutable lie told, in his writings on Terayon.

For anyone trusting Pluvia I give you this quote: "Meanwhile, Mr. Elgindy was charged with several counts of securities fraud and wire fraud for trading ahead of members of his Web site or contrary to his advice to them."
