The three issues you list are human issues which impact global warming. Burning of existing trees is of course burning carbon that was quite recently bound, while burning hydrocarbons from millions of years ago is a bit different. I suppose if one could agree to only burn hydrocarbons deposited in say a 1000 year period (many millions of years ago) this would be somewhat the same. All sources today contribute to the problem, but some sources and actions are much less sustainable than others.
