FOSTERING AN APPEARANCE...THAT INFORMATION IS BEING WITHHELD FROM THE PUBLIC ? I don't think it is FOSTERING. I believe that it IS withholding or didn't want the public to hear or view the tapes. WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY...
