I don't see a realistic way that it could. Nothing is linear, we will see bounces in both directions. If/when the real estate market blows up, then we have big big trouble. Remember my oft repeated Will Rogers wisdom? THE RETURN OF MY MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE RETURN ON MY MONEY.
