Well, there are 3 items....It would seem that the Third World countries should control their birthrate....the Western countries seem to have done so. Both Muslim and Catholic majority countries are going to have to face their issues soon.

Re nonrenewable energy.....how do we know there won't be an alternative either found, or invented in the next 50-100 years. Electricity wasn't found, until it was found....

Re the environmental situation, until the scientists find themselves in agreement, I don't think many people will be paying attention to things like global warming. Recycling things...sure. But then does the entire world recycle? Do factories all around the world monitor the emissions?

Population growth, nonrenewable energy consumption, and the environmental situation all have some major issues in that time period.
