"I like namecalling as one word, btw, and I'm going to keep writing it that way. Did you imagine I was color blind and could not see the spell checker? Were you trying out a distraction technique? Criticizing grammar and spelling is often a distraction technique. It sometimes works, but lots of things do. I think it is rather silly behavior, but not as bad as namecalling."

In your bizzaro world you consider accurately labeling something to be an intolerable offense to human dignity. No surprise coming from one of the nastiest creatures on SI.

I believe "name-calling" is in one of those transition stages during which words go from being separate to being hyphenated and finally accepted as one word. So you are the namecaller of the future, and RD the name caller of the past.
and I am Rambi, the ghost of Name-calling present

Are you still going on about this?

BTW, is anal-retentive hyphenated?
