I think almost everyone except the neo-cons are concerned by the erosion of rights under the Bush regime. Certainly the presumption of innocence is being lost. I have a problem with people being stopped by police and having their car sniffed out by drug dogs if they have given the police no reason to suspect them. I think this is the kind of mushiness that can create real police state kind of abuses. Do you disagree? And why?
