Will all 10,000 destroyed clients be named in court by you?

Depending on proceedings as they develop, and with the permission of those traders, yes, I intend to name them, and call them to testify to show the human face of racketeering fraud. Hope that answers your question.

he's a prolific poster, but he likes to forget the tough questions...

Will all 10,000 destroyed clients be named in court by you? Did you track all these people down?

By the way ... were you advising clients before, after or while you were losing the $10 million you stated? What were your qualifications?

One thing I'll give you ... you are a prolific poster and I expect you'll keep it up.
