when your most recent suit gets blown out of court That's what counsel to Berber and Moor stated to me in Austin after he followed me out of the courthouse to advice me to "drop" this case. We'll see. Maybe your attitude will change if there is a day of reckoning for what went on here and elsewhere. Then again, considering a federal indictment for criminal securities fraud, extortion, racketeering, witness tampering, etc., today let to multiple guilty verdicts by a jury, maybe there's just no stopping flights from reality when it suits a certain purpose.
