I think Anthony's appeal hopes are (ironically) dimmed on the 9/11 stuff. The jury cleared him of obstructing that investigation which would indicate that the jury (properly) disregarded that material. There were references to the allegation that popped up anyway, through the course of the trial, and Berke intends to make use of that for appeal.

But if the jury disregarded it anyway ... then, ...
