You are guilty of manipulating minds by manipulating language. You aren't talking about a market. You are talking about exactly the opposite - super managed economy. Statists come to their conclusions from many angles. No I was not. Super managed would imply a central authority calling the shots. In my scenario, each individual places his bets according to his own desires and best guesses. Other people have proposed such schemes, most notably the market based approach to predicting terror events that Cheney backed. Its hardly novel.
