Nobody argues about whether tolerance is a good thing. It clearly is.

But, like you, I see little value in diversity itself. And yes, if you say that to the pc police, they accuse you of being intolerant! lol.

Diversity is not strength, I agree with you. But allowing diverse people to fight each other over their issues really weakens society. If you can get people to buy off on tolerance, that is damage control for the problems diversity brings (imo). As damage control, it's better than nothing. We are stuck with a diverse population, we will have to learn to limit the problems diversity causes.
