Are you saying we should have had 150,000 troops in the mountains of Afghanistan looking for bin Laden?

And none in Iraq where Saddam was threatening everyone with his weapons of mass destruction (which we later found was a hoax). Did you think if Saddam was working on a dirty bomb, he wouldn't have given it to the terrorists he was sponsoring (Hamas or Hezbola or Islamic Jihad) to use against us? Of course he would have.

Having said that, I'm in favor of almost a complete withdrawal after the election. We can't fix the problems those people have brought upon themselves.

I wish we had gone after Bin Laden in Afghanistan and pursued him with all the might we have used to fight Iraq.

Another demolib myth is that we have not been after Bin laden...of course we have been ever since 9/11...unabated....Gen. Tommy Franks himself says this demolib myth is NONSENSE....

"Bush is waging war on terrorism. I just think in the wrong country."

Are you still in denial of the fact that Saddam had numerous
ties to terrorist groups? He harbored, trained, financed,
supported & conspired with them. He continued to improve his
WMD programs right up until the day he was removed. And he
shared some of his WMD expertise with terrorists too.

This was all done in egregious violation of UN Resolutions.

So tell me Suma, why was Iraq the wrong country to fight part
of the global WOT?
