Klaus, first dual cores from AMD are 2*1MB L2. Maybe they'll have half of those caches disabled but it's rather hard to think AMD will have more than one die layout for this purpose / Rink

Klaus, one more thing, Toledo is currently positioned at the AFX level, meaning around $800. That points to shipments in the low 10Ks.

INTEL should have the "mainstream" volume market for dual-core all for themselves this year, unless AMD changes their strategy and production plans. I understand that many are pessimistic about the potential market there this year, but I believe INTEL can make it take off in a reasonable and very profitable way.
