oli talk's cheap. don't just open your pie hole and waggle your chops. show me the evidence. i want you to back up your bs. give me one single shred of evidence or any law that makes it illegal to short a stock then expose public info that proves fraud? >No evidence? You mean not all evidence has been posted on SI. Plenty was filed in the record in the Eastern District of New York by federal prosecutors. But, in your mind, I guess the guilty verdicts simply do not exist. Maybe that's what AP meant about "the laws as [the racketeering enterprise] interprets them"!
