Race is in everyone's medical record. If it's obvious, the person taking the history just puts it in. Ties go to Caucasian.

There are legitimate medical reasons for it being there. There is NEVER ANY legitimate NON MEDICAL reason to record your race. Least of all by a government bureaucracy.

I've never provided any race information when I've taken a medical test let alone observed any adjustment for it.
