Syntax was confusing, I apologize. Of course Berber, Moor and Rea were not AP unindicted co-conspirators, they conspired amongst themselves separately. The numbered list of the previous post comes out of the indictment, and so does the reference to "unindicted co-conspirators." Bill, the indictment clearly states that AP site members played a major role in conspiring with AP. mama bear, goldfinger, pluvia and truthseeker all prominently made recommendations in concert with AP, as the SI record shows. If, contrary to their posts here, they engaged in the same chicanery AP did, and sorry but from here it does not look very good, they were intimate partners with AP for a long time, well then we'll see what action AUSA takes.
