I'm not proposing guilt by association; a United States Attorney is, just read the indictment, which prominently refers to "inindicted [racketeering enterprise] co-conspirators."

It's no secret that for a brief period, March 16-June 27, 2000, I made securities recommendation to TP members. They made a lot of money on my calls, which is strange, considering previous to that I was wiped out following TP advice for which I paid: i.e., why if you're running an honest service would you hire a trader you ruined? One answer may be that Rea, Berber and Moor knew very well that all traders would be wiped out sooner or later.

Unlike posters here, after I learned a few, but not all, things about Rea, I proceeded to warn all TP members publicly, contact the government, specifically SEC and Congress, after which I went public in the New York Times. I didn't see any AP associates doing the same; no, quite the opposite, they admit here they knew he was deceiving site and also SI members and then nevertheless "patched things up" with him and went on to make recommendations in concert with him.

One other point: unlike AP and associates, when I made paid recommendations, I never traded them. Not ever. Maybe that's why they were profitable, because I had no financial stake in them and certainly no incentive to do anything but make the best recommendations I could, none of my own trades getting in the way of making the recs as I saw them. The same cannot be said for many, many AP et al analysts. For example, Rea while claiming on the site he never traded traded through offshore accounts established through the shell entity Magic Trading, Limited in the Caribbean islands the Turks and Caicos, which allegation has been filed in federal court and can be proved.

When I criticize these practices, I earned the right. Moreover, if this were not the case, I would have been counter sued by my adversaries long ago. And yet, in spite of grave allegations I've leveled against Berber, Moor and Rea racketeering violations not unlike those that have now earned AP and his co-conspirators multiple criminal convictions, no defendant has ever counter sued me. Instead, they've repeatedly sought to evade answering my allegations in court. Now why would that be?
