Hey, maybe he can hire the attorneys in the link below ... after all they apparently have experience with him .. until they apparently asked to be relieved as his counsel. Yes they did, after advising me I would be sanctioned if I appealed orders compelling arbitration, and advising me that I had pretty much no chance of prevailing at the appellate level. I disregarded their advice, without any lawyers filed two petitions for writs of mandate...and, the California Court of Appeals on my petitions twice reversed the orders of the presiding judge of the San Francisco Superior Court, despite the fact that writs of mandate are granted in c. 5% of all petitions filed, though I'd imagine when you tally up the number that are granted non-lawyers filing on their own behalf the percentage probably drops to about one in a thousand. What does that tell you about my former counsel's representation?

LOL!Indeed!I recall when I met AP I hated his flamboyant ass - he was warning me KTEL was a profitless pig - he kept selling it hard and I thought no one has that kind of $ or balls.It was like $25 - $29 and he was yaking 40k or so short - he stoud his ground overnight warning me to exit and or go short!I called him un American lier full of crap - at that time I thought a good living was 30 to 50K/year it was my first inet trade and the first time I ever did a post anywhere,this guy was totally full of hot air,little did I know what was on the recieving end of my computer yap.The next morning KTEL anounced they had no $ to continue operations and needed financing?That's all it took for me to realise I may need to listen to this guy that just cleared $800K overnight,AP instead of trashing my fate he saids hang around with me on SI and I'll help you trade.I just have to give him credit reguardless of all this bs mess,he always gave me good advice,not once in 4 years of trading did he do anything but make sure people stopped out and used a safe entry exit plan.I got no complaints with AP at all.
