Could you cite some statutes on that? Normally front-running is dealt with in civil lawsuits, as civil fraud. Why was an exception made for Elgindy?

oli, just a thought... instead of "the buck stops here"... stock-operators.com maybe you should go with: "watch me flush mommy's money down the toilet" then tell em it's $2,500/mo for the entertainment value...
