During discovery in litigation, for example, statements of fact are listed; you then simply admit or deny the statement - they're known as admissions.

1. All together now, AP and friends load up before a short recommendation;
2. AP and friends advise AP site paying members to short later than AP and friends did
3. AP and friends disseminate short recs on SI and Yahoo through assumed names
4. AP and friends at the height of their short recs on the Net advise loading more short while they cover, i.e., AP and friends buying from those they advise to sell.

So...1-4. Simple answers for an honest guy like you. Go ahead, lots of lurkers waiting for your answer now nearly a week.
