So you say they are going to sell their houses instead of leaving them to their children? I read that someone is expecting the largest wealth transfer in history from the babyboomers to their offsprings<g>

I think the trend will be a downsizing to smaller homes and the glut will be in the huge McMansions built since the 80's that fewer older folks will need or younger folks be able to afford.

MThis has probably been discussed . Excuse my absence . The baby boomers will be starting the great die off soon . It will put all the homes built and bought in the market expansion starting 79 up for sale .

Are housing prices expected to stay flat or to trend down over the period of the die off. My estimation would be from 2011 to 2021 which is based on something probably from h.dent .>
