actually oli on the stand my representation would object to that question as it calls for speculation. i thought you went to law school? apparently trading stocks isn't the only thing you sux at. Man, Stevie, I hope for your sake you don't ever get subpoenaed to testify on the stand, because if you responded like this in court you'd already be on your fifth contempt citation.

5. At InsideTruth.com, as with most leading sites, information provided as factual about a company would be supported by reference to its source. Overly broad. Once again, Olivier, you need to learn how to do this right. Pluvia cannot testify to what is done on "leading sites", whatever they may be. Further, it's irrelevant to ask Pluvia what was presented at InsideTruth.com, since he didn't run the site and can't be presumed ever to have read it, or to have read it even periodically.

You need to get a grip. 7. When AP made statements about criminal convictions, though standard practice was to demand solid evidence through credible reference to facts surrounding a corporation and/or its officers, I never requested AP provide me or other site members with his sources. Objection: incompetent, irrelevant, and immaterial. (Damn, I just loved Perry Mason.) Why on earth would Pluvia be required to ask Tony to provide references?
