Bye bye housing market...hello precious metals. Even the thought of any more interest rate hikes will create more of this: patrick.net Then its out of spec properties and into gold and silver. However if the public still has faith in the US economy and the USD and they plow into the USD, then they will get what they deserve.....inevitable USD declines no matter how high the rates go. I'm keeping most of my junior exploration companies having sold the senior golds long ago. I want juniors that are immune to the price of gold, like Chesapeake Gold.
