<QCOM playing the victim of GSTRF to avoid litigation.>

Verdad, do you really not know that QUALCOMM lost about a $billion on Globalstar? Do you really not know that QUALCOMM's share of the company was small and nowhere near controlling? People can't be sued for setting up a marketing structure and ideas which nearly everybody in Silicon Investor also thought was a good idea. I was about the only one raving that the minutes had to be cheap to start. Cheap meant cheaper than terrestrial services.

There is time enough to raise minute prices when the system is getting overcrowded. In the meantime, profits would have been made from handset sales.

I have tried to explain this to the best and brightest, so I don't expect you to understand.

Burglars can't avoid prosecution by playing the victim. Actual victims are prone to get evidence and hire lawyers and phone the police.
