Are you leveling some direct charges at Pluvia or this just an academic exercise? If the latter, it's getting to be unproductive with no end point. If the former, then please state and affirm the case so there's room for doubt. It's otherwise a huge bloat if you have no intent or merit. "When you said you warned of Tony's deceit, you lied. When you said you were not involved with Tony, when the record here demonstrates that you allied with him in making recommendations, you lied. Since I am sure your exploits earned you quite a large sum of money, please you just go right ahead and sue me. If you do, and make any statements calling into question my character or integrity in any way, I'll file counterclaims for libel and defamation, and also for sanctions for filing a frivolous suit.
