Well first I'm called pompous for posting formally; now I'm incoherent and ambiguous for posting SI admissions in SI-speak. Make up your mind.

Meanwhile, admissions requests during federal litigation won't be propounded quite as they were here. Nevertheless, it's interesting that while stevie is a seriously prolific poster, asking questions and getting answers from others, he hides behind you and others rather than answer any himself. After yesterday, probably the smart move, but threatening lawsuits and saying he's prepared to answer questions when no answers are forthcoming does leave an impression.

Most of his questions would withstand objection, assuming he is cross examining or direct of a hostile witness and the witness is not claiming his 5th amendment rights. Form of question problems are easily remedied.
