Hi cd and M3, Today's IBD mutual fund index (which I've followed for years and is surprisingly good showing the big picture) is oversold and flat lining. It is well above its 200 day and about 45% below the total difference between the declining 50 day and flatling 200. We could see a final dip which would give us a really nice oversold flatline pattern. The last gift would be a double bottom retouch on a dip from here. Me fingers is getting itchy - but most of my stocks didn't fully participate in Novembers run up and are nowhere near last Augusts low. It all adds up to a healthy dip and very positive rotation I think. Bob
