I'm sure the jury would have paid attention when Breen asked him 7,654 times, "What did you mean when you posted this? Why is it contradicted by what you posted over here? Why was that followed by this trade over here? Doesn't that make you look guilty?" Tony would have ended up denying that he beat his wife so many times, no one would have believed him (to stretch an old metaphor). And once the pattern of outright falsehoods was clear, it would be, "Why should we believe you now when you say you were just crusading for justice and not out for yourself?" Oops. Tony's voluminous spouting never held up well to scrutiny. JMHO.
