Right. You bulldog that through congress. Then you can proudly take credit for another half percent of the yearly healthcare inflation.

If it is not illegal, though, to eyeball patients getting medical tests then I think it should be.

I don't consider it progress that people get to select their own race on the census forms. Progress would be that they take the question off the form.
