It's a good question. I'd say, on the whole, no. But Christians (good and bad) in this country have largely accepted that living in America means abiding by laws. In addition, Christians have strong taboos against killing other people, even if justified. Fundamentalist Muslims have strong incentives to kill infidels the world over. Their biggest hero right now has issued fatwas saying that all Jews and Americans, and even all infidels, are fair game the world over.

Again I say, Christians aren't the threat. Fundamentalist Muslims are.
