Is it "gibberish" because of our inability to understand it? Genes are sections of DNA which are marked by definite begining and ending strands. It's a very familiar concept in communications and after all that what DNA does, it communicates information to descendant generations. There are uses for gaps between the genes filled with "gibberish". A prominate advantage is that it provides a gap in time as one gene has been interpreted and another is to follow. This gives the proteans time to finish forming before the next gene is read. DNA that has this type of structure is better able to code for proteans and so the containing organism reproduces more successfully. Of course it is very much more complicated than that, as is any system that is assembled by trial and error instead of intelligent design. TP

Then along cane Homo Habilis about 2 million years ago and showed the pygmy how to make tools. 100,000 years ago along came Homo Sapiens! And then came "creation" and in 2374 the BIRTH OF MOSES! And in 3944 the BIRTH OF JESUS! The BIRTH OF JESUS was about 2000 years ago, you see! And "Jesus" was studying from a book that "Moses" had written about 1500 years before that! But did "Moses" write anything about Homo Habilis or the Periodic Table or planets and galaxies or the cure for leprosy?! NO!! (although he managed to write about his death and burial...a rather impressive and uncommon feat!) Did "Jesus" know anything about vitamins, pregnancy, DNA, genes, or how to make or use toilet paper?! NO!! Noah left the "ARK" 1657 years after creation! Was this the same time that Gilgamesh was written on TABLETS?
