i think we all understand the big picture. unfortunately, the devil's in the details you seem happy to dismiss as irrelevant. if any conviction sets a new bar for defining inside information and market manipulation, it is not a "nuance". it's an issue with significant internet freedom and wallstreet implications. >>As you didn't say anything different, I'll refer you back to my last 2 posts in response.
