You asked three questions. I answered them without hesitation or delay. Yesterday, you and crew spent hours throwing up smoke, never answering any of mine. So, I'll ask them again:

1. Did you ever trade for your own or a proprietary account a securities recommendation you made in affiliation or association with Anthony Elgindy, a.k.a. Anthony@Pacific, Tony, AP, Anthony?

2. Did you ever execute a securities transaction before a recommendation in that security was issued publicly to InsideTruth.com and/or Silicon Investor members?

3. Did you ever cover a short position, i.e. purchase to return a borrowed security, while recommending to InsideTruth.com or SI members to short-sell the same security, in other words, did you ever recommend to InsideTruth.com or SI members that they should take a position in a security directly opposite to your own?

Simple questions. Now, since we're aware that many eyes are watching, I'm sure you won't mind answering them with a simple yes or no, admit or deny. We know the LA Times have quoted posters here for an article. We're fairly certain the United States Attorney is monitoring statements here. So, simple - if you have nothing to hide.

We're asking for admissions. Janice would tell you that your own below admissions requests would generally be subject to objection, because each one calls for a legal conclusion, but I answered anyway. Your follow-up questions are interrogatories. We'll get to those in a minute. First, your answers please.

Steve, the silence is deafening and impressive. Sure you won't provide simple answers to direct questions for your captive audience? Yes or no is all we need. Admit or deny? We'll settle for that too.
