What you just posted was called anecdotal evidence. In the world of science, no self-respecting scientist would draw a conclusion based on anecdotal evidence. It's a basis for more research and is even a decent hypothesis, but it is not conclusive. Rather, it is speculative.

On the contrary, the interviews were done using scientific guidelines. It was not anecdotal but empirical. The video wasn't done for a talk show but a university class or for people in the psychology profession.

And this is not the first study done on the subject.
