Hey Chip,

I know these do not follow GZ's rules, but in my fairly extensive look at GZ's setups I saw some definate whipping going on.

These Spirals are derivatives of what GZ taught me.

Basically what I found was that many times the spiral runs into and through the wall at the vertical. What it doesn't tell me is which way it "may" break. So I embarked to find if there were better relationships that occured that will give me what I was looking for. What I believe I found was a way to guage if market is showing strength or weakness based on how it is trading within the sprirals.

If you look at the first chart ttrader.com
you can see how it is continually weak and cannot stay in the spirals. So I imagine trading off this info using the spiral as entry and exits.

Also, I am a shorter term trader then GZ or yourself, so I perfer shorter TF charts. I think this method that I have developed has great trading potential. We'll see...
