This one is easy.... I don't know about that. My favorite Japanese restaurant, which is owned by Vietnamese and is in a Korean neighborhood, runs through waitresses pretty quickly. Two I thought were Chinese and Korean both turned out to be Thai. The owners had started bringing over a string of Thai women that look nothing like each other to my eye. Almost as diverse as Chinese. The only Chinese I recognize with any assurance are Mongolian. In any event, I wouldn't have much confidence in a medical technician correctly eyeballing any of them.
