Today on Canada's Business Report... Response Biomedical Corporation Has a Deal with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Thursday February 17, 5:16 pm ET

TORONTO, Feb. 17 /CNW/ - On today's edition of Canada's Business Report, host Robert Graham speaks with Bill Radvak, President and Chief Executive Officer of Response Biomedical Corporation.
Radvak discusses the recent decision that allows Response Biomedical Corp. to sell its RAMP Cardiac Marker Tests in China. He also tells CBR the company is doing business with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Radvak says, "Right now we're looking at filling a prime order (for the RAMP Anthrax Test) for the Department of Homeland Security's main training centre in the U.S. for hazardous materials teams. That order alone will probably be worth in the neighborhood of a quarter million dollars."

Radvak also comments on the company's revenue outlook. Last June, Radvak told Canada's Business Report, "We're looking at 200% to 300% revenue growth, year after year, for the next several years." Is he sticking with that forecast? Radvak says on today's program, "Absolutely... and we're almost getting more optimistic in the longer term future."
