IN MEMORIAM siliconinvestor.com Jewel stopped a bullet fired by Granny today when she found she was completely unable to handle his marshalling of BOTH facts and logic on her. TOTALLY unfair of him, of course. Simple solution to THAT problem: the BAN button.

Remember a while ago we were discussing that case in WA where the court threw out the conviction based on violation of the eavesdropping statutes? Here's a CA appellate decision, hot off the press, that takes a realistic view of parental control over minors. Although it does not deal with eavesdropping, it was a good decision: metnews.com IMO, the defendant's parents need some serious counselling...........
