hmmm all i read was blahdee blah blah... who cares? ..Guess what: the parties that filed that motion did an end run around my litigation in Virginia federal court. The Pennsylvania judge who issued that order did so when a Chief United Stats Judge in Virginia had granted me leave to file an amended complaint, and had NOT judicially noticed the PA court's order. So, I follow the orders of one federal judge and I'm held in contempt by another... blah blah blah....
